To enumerate, Talent Acquisition (Recruitment and Selection before), Employee Relations/ Engagement and Employee Discipline, Compensation (Payroll) and Benefits (government mandated or company initiated) Administration (the new name is Remuneration and Rewards), Learning and Development (formerly Training) and Organizational Development (Research and HR Data Analytics) are the integral sections of HR Management. Quite simple in a first glance but a tough one to do, really. Generally, an HR Practitioner is expected to invite qualified talents, take care of them and make sure they stay. So I decided to post this in the hope of providing a clear explanation about Human Resource Management, an interesting field that is very close to my heart.
